Meet the Artist
Louise was born in Massachusetts and attended the Worcester Art Museum School. While living in California, she earned a BA in graphic communication (emphasis printmaking) from San Diego State University and a Master of Science, Instructional Technology from National University in San Diego. Louise then worked as a digital artist for more than 25 years, creating training for the Navy.
Most of Louise’s work has to do with places visited, people she has known, or the things that surround her daily existence. Her current preferred media are: oils, pastel and some acrylic multimedia.
